Why Intramural?
Intramural games are played within our academy — kids play against each other, not outside teams. This gives every player more structured game experience without the pressure of standings, results, or travel. It completes the full cycle of development: practice + game play in a safe, supportive environment.
These intramural games are played in the futsal format (small-sided indoor soccer). Futsal is proven worldwide as one of the best tools for development because it:
Gives kids more touches on the ball
Speeds up decision-making and awareness
Improves technical ability in tight spaces
Builds confidence that transfers directly to the outdoor game

Intramural Games
Intramural games (6 total). These games are part of the academy program and are included with the Academy Registration. Intramurals are designed to give kids more real-game experience in a safe, developmental setting. They are not optional add-ons — they are central to our approach of helping players grow, build confidence, and apply what they learn in training.
Inclement Weather
For safety, training sessions and games may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather. We do our best to offer make-up sessions, but not every cancellation can be guaranteed. All updates regarding cancellations or schedule changes will be communicated in the team parent chat as early as possible or latest by 4pm the day of
Breaks & Year-Round Scheduling
Our program runs year-round, but we build in scheduled breaks to support players, families, and coaches. Breaks may align with holidays, facility closures, or seasonal transitions. All time-off will be communicated in advance.
Flexibility & Multi-Sport Encouragement
We understand families have busy schedules. Participation in every single session is not required — kids can miss from time to time and still benefit. We also encourage playing other sports at this age.
At this level, I am not the primary coach for recreational league games.Â
My main responsibility is directing the academy training program and coaching our competitive teams. This means that if I have a scheduling conflict, I may not be present at your child’s rec game. In those cases, our assistant coaches — and, if needed, parent volunteers — will handle game-day responsibilities. This ensures players are still supported while I remain focused on overseeing the overall academy program.
That’s a great question—and one we hear often, especially since many local teams don’t charge monthly fees.
The league registration and the Academy Registration are two separate costs, each covering a different part of your child’s full soccer experience.
What Parents Are Paying For?
Academy fees covers your coach’s time and preparation at practices, field rentals, and training equipment. It also promotes consistency and commitment from both families and coaches—keeping everyone aligned and engaged throughout the season.
League Registration covers participation in official games—this includes your child’s roster spot, referees, and basic league operations.
Academy Registration supports everything outside of games: weekly practices, ongoing development, and the structure of our club program.
We’re more than just a team—we’re a club.
As a club, we offer clear development pathways, long-term goals, and an environment built to help players grow over time. Providing that kind of structure takes planning, time, and resources.
Our commitment is to keep the program affordable while still honoring the quality, care, and effort required to give your child a meaningful soccer experience.
Our Academy Program runs for 9 months, from March through November. During this time, players:
Attend weekly training sessions
Participate in league games (if registered)
Are part of a structured, development-focused club environment
Spring: March, April, May
Summer: June, July, August
Fall: September, October, November
